We offer free shipping across India on all prepaid orders.

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours excluding weekends and public holidays. Once processed, orders are shipped from our warehouse.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests are accepted only before the order has been processed for shipping.

All prepaid payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateways.

COD is available on all orders.

A ₹99 COD handling fee is applicable.

Delivery Attempts & RTO

Courier partners usually attempt delivery 2–3 times.

Please keep your phone accessible after shipping to avoid failed delivery attempts.

If a COD order is not accepted, the customer is unavailable or incorrect shipping details are provided:

• the order may be marked as Return to Origin (RTO)
• future orders may be restricted to prepaid only
• repeated instances may lead to order cancellation or account restrictions
